One star? Because that's all I can give. Had serious issues with dirty shower tiles, with mushrooms, no less, also I expected a warm cute gift for my troubles, but apparently that's too much to ask? And no ice machine? How quaint, I'll definitely be telling everyone to avoid this disgrace.

Incredible base for discovering Hurricane with very welcoming and pleasant stuff even with the desk clerk being in possession of marijuana. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location just next door to several stores, restaurants and gas stations as well as the cafe. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The hotel met needs. This property was cozy base for exploring Hurricane, loved it and hotel's very welcoming staff even with the desk clerk being in possession of marijuana.

The check-in process was a nightmare. It took forever. My room was surprisingly dirty, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The air conditioning had a terrible odor.

Not a place for families with small kids
We had to clean up before I'd let my kids touch anything and that just isn't right. One smaller detail that I appreciated was when a staff member said they'd bring me a microwave but ended up needing to use one in the lobby instead.
It wasn't cheap, but still kinda acceptable.
